1. Methodist  Chinese Annual Conference : Rev Boh Chee Suan on 13th November 2012
2. Methodist Sarawak Iban  Annual Conference : Rev. Steward Damat on 18th November 2012
3. Methodist Sarawak Chinese Annual Conference : Rev. Dr. Su Chi Ann on  21st November 2012
4. Methodist Tamil Annual Conference :  Rev. C. Jeyaraj on 25th November 2012

The following were elected as Presidents:

1. Methodist Sabah Provisional Conference : Rev. Dr. Hii Kong Hock on  9th November 2012
2. Methodist Trinity Annual Conference :   Rev. T Jeyakumar on 2nd December 2012
