The physical work  and landscaping of  the new CCM Ecumencial Center is near completion except those that need to be coordinated with the I.D.

The final M& E services installation is in progress with  permanent  connection of electricity supply . The I.D. fit out works is currently in progress for completion of the mock up guest rooms which will be ready by middle of this month.

The Interim Property Management Committee (IPMC) under the chairmanship of Bishop Philip Lok is hands on with interviews of the various people applying to rent certain parts of the Centre, especially the cafeteria and the Book Shop.

The committee is also looking into the various aspects of managing the Centre once it is completed.

There will be a soft launch of the new CCM Ecumenical Centre on the 16th October 2012 before the start of the Board of Management meeting scheduled for that day.

The dedication service will be held on 23rd April 2013.

The Budget, as mentioned many times before, is RM 12 million and to date we have raised 8 million. We have yet to raise RM 4 million.
