It has been brought to the attention of the the Malaysian Consultative Council of Buddhism, Christianity, Hinduism, Sikhism and Taoism (MCCBCHST) that religious places and people who go to such places for regular worship have become targets of crime attacks. This reflects the sad reality of the growing deterioration of crime and corruption in the country.

MCCBCHST hereby resolves that it will continuously urge its faithful and all citizens who cherish a better quality of life to take a more active role in combating these cancerous trends.

MCCBCHST further resolves that it will urge the government in power to show more visible and tangible results in these areas so that every citizen can confidently say that we have a living environment that is visibly free from Crime and Corruption.
