NOTE: All guests and visitors using the facilities and guest rooms at the CCM Ecumenical Center are required to abide by the following guidelines.

GENERAL BOOKING GUIDELINES

1. Booking inquiries shall be made through the CCM website or via email sent to booking@ccmalaysia.org.
2. Bookings are only processed upon receipt of the completed reservation form.
3. Submission of the form does not confirm the booking. Booking is confirmed via email after the deposit is received.

PAYMENT & CANCELLATION POLICY

1. Deposit: 50% of the total booking fees shall be paid as a deposit to confirm the booking.
2. Full payment: The remaining balance must be paid at the latest 5 days before the booking date, or else the booking will be considered cancelled and the deposit forfeited.
3. Cancellations: All cancellations must be submitted in writing to the CCM office at booking@ccmalaysia.org. Full refund is given if cancelled more than 30 days before the booked date. Deposit forfeited if cancelled less than 30 days before the booked date.
4. Date changes: Changes of dates are subject to the availability of the facility and can only be made free of charge more than 30 days before the original booking date.
   Within 30 days prior to the event, the dates cannot be changed.
5. Payments: All payments shall be made via bank transfer or QR code. Payable to “Council of Churches of Malaysia Ecumenical Center” (Public Bank, A/C No: 3185786611). Proof of payment must be emailed to booking@ccmalaysia.org. Credit cards and cheques are not accepted.
